As we have already covered, an infill is where old extensions that have either grown out, or have twisted, are removed, and new extensions are applied to take the set back to fullness. Lash removal is where lashes are removed either prior to a service or removal of a full set. When it comes to lash removal, there are two common methods that are used – the banana peel method and the cracking method. Put simply, when you use the banana peel method, you will support the natural lash and then peel the lash extension off, much like the process of peeling a banana. Using the cracking method, you use your tweezers to press on the extension to crack the adhesive.
