Throughout the course, we have touched on a range of client management considerations, including the importance of consultation, checking in with your client throughout the treatment to ensure they are comfortable, providing aftercare advice and keeping them safe. In this module, we will go into more detail because how you interact with your clients can either help your career or destroy your career. To begin, we will revisit the lash process from end to end to recap all of the knowledge and skills you have developed throughout this course. Throughout each stage of the process, we will look at a range of ways that you can provide that little bit extra to clients to keep them coming back. Next, we will look at how you can calculate the prices of your services, the number of products you need and the time you will need to complete a service. Finally, we will end this module with some strategies and tips for how you can build your business by attracting new clients and increasing the return of existing clients.
